Store Policies

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless an item was damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

All returns must be approved via email. Once return is approved, we will send you a forwarding address to process your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your credit or refund. Please allow at least ( 7 ) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items can not be returned: Open items.

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note:

 

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • If an item is received damaged, take a photo and email customer service ASAP. We will reach out to resolve the issue.

  • All crystals are natural from Mother Earth and may have natural imperfections. Each item has been priced accordingly. 

SHIPPING

 

All items are shipped USPS priority mail 1-3 business days for delivery. Packages may be delayed due to Covid-19. Currently shipping within the US only. Shipping to be calculated at checkout.
